Protecting Your PIN
- Never tell anyone your PIN or let them enter it for you
- Never write your PIN down
- When using a cash machine or point of sale terminal, be wary of anyone trying to watch you enter your PIN. Don't let yourself get distracted
- If you know or suspect that your PIN has become known to anyone, please contact us immediately to have your PIN changed
- Your Altas Union Visa Debit Card should be stored carefully. Do not bend, scratch or keep with metal and/or magnetic objects, as these will damage the stripe on the back of the card
- Cards that are lost or stolen should be reported to any officer of Altas Union as soon as possible
- There is no charge for the first Altas Union Visa Debit Card issued to you, however, a replacement cost will be assessed for lost or stolen cards
